In my case it was conflicting with the BitCoin Give Addon. We deactivated it and it worked!!
Both were set at PayPal as PayPal is the only enabled gateway.
When checking the System Info I can see that the only enabled gateway is ‘PayPal’ but the Default gateway is ‘test donation.’
I then enabled ‘Test donation’ and the default returned to PayPal and the PayPal option works perfectly. When I again disable the ‘Test’ the default returns to ‘Test’.
Any ideas?
