I deleted it altogether, though deactivating it seemed to work for me.

After going through each of the plugins, I’ve been able to narrow the problem down to the W3 Total Cache as the culprit. I’ve deleted it and it looks like things are working as they should.
Update: I’ve updated the site to WP 3.5 and the issue is continuing to occur. Content deletes whenever I save a draft or schedule. I’ve gotten into the habit of hardcoding and working between the iOS app and my Google Drive docs, but if anyone has a suggestion, I’d be grateful to hear it.
