Thanks for reaching out! The popup selection on a website url button action is using javascript, not creating an actual popup item, so it isn’t something that you can change with CSS. I did mention to the team that there are no size parameters to go along with the selection, and that has been noted as something to add in a future release. I believe the other options (new tab, new window, etc) are more commonly used, but your reminder that size parameters would be handy for the popup option is definitely appreciated!

In the meantime, if you were wanting to use the pop-up window option with a custom window size, the way to do that currently would be with a “Custom Button Action/Javascript” button action so you could specify the size with your own javascript line, like:

window.open('https://example.com', 'popup', 'width=400,height=800');

Note that the Custom Button Action/Javascript option is only enabled on upgraded accounts, so if you are using the free version right now the default size (or choosing to open in a new tab etc) would be the only alternatives. If you need further help with configuring a Custom Button Action/Javascript action, feel free to submit a ticket on the Buttonizer community site so we can look at what you have set up so far.

Thanks for reaching out! I assume you mean how to get Google Analytics to track a conversion event from a completed form? There is not a conversion event being sent currently, so there is nothing GA is receiving that it can use to track for a completed form (vs. a contact form button click). Your question has been shared with the dev team as an improvement to consider in a future release though. Cheers!

Thanks for reaching out! The message field prompt can be changed by going to Settings -> Widgets -> Notepad/edit icon -> Advanced Options. The prompt field is at the top of the Advanced Options section.

The chat bot picture can be changed by going to Automation -> ChatGPT Bots/Custom Bots -> Notepad/edit icon ->Settings tab. The space to change the bot name and upload a picture is on top of the settings tab.

I’m not sure where you are seeing “Enter at least one message…” at. If this was not another field prompt that you can change like above in the Advanced Options section mentioned above, please start a chat with us on http://www.formilla.com so you can send a screenshot of what you are looking at. Your IP address included in the ticket would be helpful as well, and it is private within a ticket submission (don’t post your address here of course). Cloudflare may be flagging your IP and forcing to verify via recaptcha. Recaptcha isn’t something we do ourselves at least, so we think it must be Cloudflare.
