This is the first time we’ve installed and setup the plugin. This appears to be happening on all pages throughout the website.

Going to bump this again! This is very much a needed feature.
I’m going to “bump” this as well. It doesn’t seem that the plugin provides the ability to work with orders created manually in the backend. Hoping the plugin offer can shed some light on this as it makes entering orders in the backend very cumbersome.
