Is that wordpress user an administrator? By default only administrators can post. You can give other roles permission to post if needed.

Ok, I have active my theme 2013 of WordPress, and I’m using your plugin for my theme Mobil. Under this settings I’ve received this error “repair called” when I’ve used my site root.
If I use any other link to my site, post or page, it work just fine. I can watch my galleries on my iPad, I love this.
