Yes, this fixed it for IE 10 but it does not seem to work for IE 9 or 8.

This only happens in IE and all other browsers seem to work fine.
Yes Flash is installed for IE (latest version). I figured it out, I was able to use html5 and an mp4 file and it plays. The only issue I have now is that you have to press twice to get it to play. Any ideas for a fix for having to press play twice?
