If you needed help now, how would you feel about an answer that said “due to many requests, they can’t contact you immediately and this will happen in the next few days?”. So you would expect to solve your problem depending on when the company decides to respond to you? So many days have already passed and I haven’t received any response. Can you please… show me how I can get my money back? Why don’t you put up any resistance to taking it from us, but don’t you make our lives a big puzzle to find out how to get it back. It would be smart not to make it so difficult for your customers. I wonder what you would think if you experienced this? Thank you!
