We completely understand your concern.
The delay is not on our side anymore. The issue has already been fixed and the latest updated version was submitted to the WordPress team shortly after. We are currently waiting for the final review and approval process from ww.wp.xz.cn before the plugin can become publicly available again.

please try the following steps:
- Enable Force Theme Templates Go to: WBW Filter → Options → Main
Enable Force Theme Templates - Check Product List / Loader Selector In the same tab, make sure it matches your theme (try
.productsif unsure) - Refresh Permalinks Go to:WordPress → Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes
- Clear Cache Clear any cache plugin or server/CDN cache if you’re using one
- Test for theme/plugin conflict Temporarily switch to a default theme
Disable other plugins and test with WooCommerce + filter plugin only - Ensure everything is updated Update WordPress, WooCommerce, and the filter plugin to the latest versions

The EU/UK VAT confirmation notice works with the standard “Place Order” button but does not appear with the PayPal button. This happens because the PayPal button loads differently and bypasses the normal checkout flow.
Could you please let us know which PayPal plugin or integration you are using? Our development team will check if a suitable solution is possible.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the WPFactory Email Verification plugin.
Then, to avoid users receiving two emails, go to:
WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New account
and make sure the option Enable this email notification is unchecked. This will prevent WooCommerce from sending the standard new account email.Let us know if you need any further assistance!

- Send verification as a separate email → Enabled
- Email template → Plain
- WC email template → WooCommerce > Emails
