GO TO YOUR CPANEL
STEP1. OPEN WORDPRESS AND VERIFY DATABASE NAME FOR YOUR WORDPRESS
NOW GO TO YOUR CPANEL AND OPEN PHPMYADMIN
STEP2. SELECT YOUR WORDPRESS DATABASE YOU NOTED IN STEP1
Go to wp_options table , browse through each page of the table, find and remove all settings that start with aam_role_administrator.
Go to wp_usermeta and remove all settings related to your admin role ID and with prefix aam_.
now get back to wordpress.. you are back on your Dashboard
