The core issues blocking my business are clear and documented in my support ticket #68952 :
- Critical Bug: The ‘Customer Fields: Visible at all bookings’ feature does not persist data for package appointments, breaking the workflow for any service business selling multi-session packages.
- Pricing Barrier: As a returning customer who left solely due to the above bug, I am unable to repurchase at my previous annual rate of $243.85 CAD. The current standard renewal price is a 14% increase.
I am ready to re-implement Amelia if a path forward on these two points is provided. I will await your team’s contact next week.
