Same issue happened on my website. I manually applied a patch for now and then it started working again.

Hi @daniyalraza01,
Currently, I have not made any changes to the theme, because it is not a custom theme. I did add a code recently to enqueue Google recaptcha js on all pages via a plugin.
Plugin is not the issue tho, I already tested disabling all the plugins one by one.
I had two template tags that were working before, %buy_credits% and %buy_button%. They both are not working now.

In reply to: [Shiprocket] Order Status Not Getting Updated CorrectlyThis issue has been resolved for me. Turns out, I have been using the REST API to use ShipRocket, instead of this plugin. I have not installed this plugin.
Incase you are facing the same issue using the REST API, I solved this by correctly entering the mapping status labels on ShipRocket channel page. The mapping status labels should be same as Woo-commerce status.
