Yes, that bit is obvious. I’ve done that (see https://imgur.com/VjZdFgc) . As I said – it works if I click “display on all pages” but not when I just have “Show on Home page” clicked.
Thanks for your quick response.

“Import Users&Levels” is a feature within Ultimate Membership Pro and not another plugin. I am sorry if I misled you. Their info on it is hereRegards
Andy.

I think you confuse-
ULTIMATE membership Pro
with Paid Membership Pro (PMPro) perhaps? See here for comparison.
I will try and find more details on “Import Users&Levels”

Andy
After a lot of reading and experimenting I have concluded this app cannot import these two fields. I have found another one that does what I want (Import Users&Levels) so will use that to update the subscription term and “Import & Export users & Customers” to import my custom fields.
Thanks for your help.
This is what my Documentation tab says about Ultimate Membership pro:
“Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro is activated You can use the columns in the CSV in order to import data from Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro..
level: you have to use the level id, you can find it in “Levels” tab
So, No information about start or end times. Am I missing something here??
Are you saying I

have
to use the level id e.g. “Adult” in my CSV line for the dates to be updated??
Andy
I have found from another uploader that the fields I want (I believe) are ‘start_time’ & ‘end_time’. However I can find no reference to those on the documentation tab.
I have included them in my CSV but it does not update the UMP subscription period. FYI: The other plugin “Import Users&Levels” requires a flag setting to overwrite the subscription settings.Your plugin imports all my custom fields very well – just not the subscription ones.
Thanks / Gracias
Andy
