I have the same problem with File Manager Advanced and WP File Manager plugins.
Since the upgrade of WordPress to version 5.5 these plugins only work when I deactivate the Photo Gallery by Supsystic plugin
Yep… I can confirm that applying the “hotfix” Plug-in solves the problem. Media Library is working again.

Same problem here. Hopefully a fix will come soon as I’m currently unable to access the Media section.
