This was it!! 100% Code Snippets! The previous version was great so I’ll contact their support and tell them there is an issue. What a relief!
@mbarsch – Do you also use Code Snippets? I haven’t had a chance to work on website yet, but I was curious if you had and if you’ve had any success?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update failed@samuelng527 – do you use the Code Snippets plugin? I get emails with any plugins that I’ve allowed to be automatically updated. That’s the only one that was updated maybe around time of the website issues. I got that email notification 5/27/24 at 9:46 PM MST.
Says it updated it from version 3.6.4 to 3.6.5
Again, I don’t dare deactivate it yet in case I can’t get it back on.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Update failedI am having the exact issue! I’m guessing it started about 10-12 hours ago. The top of my website says “q”
I was running a one-day sale and now I cannot take any of the sale down.
This is the error that showed up when trying to update my site Hello theme:
Update failed: q{“success” true,”data” {“update”: “theme”, “slug”:”hello-elementor”, “oldVersion”:”3.0.1″, “newVersion”.:”3.0.2″}}
When I try to update anything (theme, plugin, elementor, plugin tasks like rollback versions), it gives very similar code. I am not able to go into Elementor to edit anything, not even the safe editing mode. I can’t update any plugins, or, in short, change anything on the backend. Typically there is a plugin update that has some bugs in it and I would troubleshoot by deactivating and seeing if that improves anything.
But with this issue, no way! I think if I deactivate anything, I won’t be able to reactivate!
This is my website that is having the issue: https://cowfriendsoap.com
Why the sudden change? Everything was running smoothly until something happened. Were you just as surprised, @samuelng527 ?
