I thought [bc_group] and [bc_collapse] were shortcodes of the plugin… I didn’t put them in the faq page…
Anyway, I disactivated and activated again the plugin, I entered [faq] on the faq page and now the problem is fixed.
This is a mistery…

Hi John, unfortunately you can’t reach the website since is not online yet. But here you can see a screenshot of the faq page: http://www.autobynet.it/faq_page.jpg
Any idea?
I hope to go on using this plug in because it was the best!

Hello! I’m facing the same problem since I upgraded to WordPress 3.7.1. But I did’t understand how to solve the problem. Can you explain step by step where I have to modify?
