I just tested the plugin on WP version 6.9.4 and I am unable to replicate the issue as you describe. The plugin works fine on my end.
Can you please do the following?
1) Disable all plugins.
2) Switch to WordPress Default theme.
3) Check if you still see the error?If it works, then there is a plugin or theme conflict.
If the issue persists, please send me a screenshot of the issue.

.funp__main_wrapper_open_btn { display: none; }You can add this code in Customizer > Additional CSS, or use a custom CSS plugin such as WPCode.
Alternatively, you can place it in the style.css file of your site’s Child Theme.This snippet will hide the Notepad open button/icon from your site.

Please update and go to plugin settions, add a custom CSS class or id and then add that same class or id to the button / link from where you want it to trigger.

I just checked and I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. There seem to be no conflict between Yoast SEO and TWB Woocommerce Reviews plugin.
Can you please provide more details on the issue? Sometimes, its the Theme or any other plugin that might be causing the issue. I would suggest you enable debug mode and disable all plugins except Yoast and TWB Woocommerce Reviews and switch to default WP theme and then try to update SEO Titles and Descriptions.
