I know that this thread might be closed, but we’re having a similar issue. We have around 700 member registered and only about half of them can log in and for the rest we get a user does not exist/reset password notification. Although the username and password are in the DB. Since this thread is about 5 months old, have you fund the bug yet or is this a user by user case?
