    Hello Chetanhit,

The first one is just the plugin working as it should, it doesn’t get to decide which fields have been attached to the order or have the ability to read the site managers, we only know if they’re hidden or not. It should be perfectly possible for you to add a small amount of code to filter the list at print time, any PHP developer could handle that for you.

I am not sure how that plugin works or adds data to the order, there’s no guarantee that third-party plugins will integrate with CloudPRNT. So there are really two options: you can get a PHP developer to add some custom code to discover the information that you would like to add to the receipt, or Star does have other methods of printing (Star Printer Online), which, for example, supports email printing, which might be more useful in this case.

    Hello Chetanhit,

I recommend finding a local developer who is comfortable with PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce extensions. They can then ask us for support directly on the GitHub page for this project (at https://github.com/star-micronics/star-cloudprnt-for-woocommerce).
