I have updated to 6.1.4 and although I no longer get the error. It seems to go through the process; however, nothing gets updated to the list!
Here is format of my table I added to wp database. I equate name with name and email with email.
No indication it did anything when finished processing; however list not updated. This is true to for existing list or a list created on import.
