Not sure what code to post, as the code when I go to one of the services page and then right click and click view source is different to the code when I go view the page in WordPress admin and then there’s other code in the theme templates part of WordPress admin.

Here is the code when I go to the actual webpage URL http://www.edinburgh-datarecovery.co.uk/data-recovery-services/ and right click then view source code: http://pastebin.com/2zQNPb3S

Here is the code for http://www.edinburgh-datarecovery.co.uk/data-recovery-services/ when I go to edit the page on WordPress admin http://pastebin.com/k4YRvUn3

Not sure what code you want if you need some from the WordPress admin theme editor section.

    Hopefully that’s what you need.

Thanks very much for the help.

That’s perfect, thank you very much.

Just to confirm everything is clear. Am I right in thinking when you say child page and child of child page, that is still just making the page above the parent page for the current page in the breadcrumb list/hierarchy structure?

I’ve decided to just use the page based example you gave above, as it seems simpler and does exactly what I want.

I have now re-written the work I previously lost but have a new problem.

I have written it all in Wordpad and saved it there so I don’t lose any work again in future, but when I paste the Wordpad text into a WordPress post and press to publish it, it refuses to publish.

If I try to publish in IE I get a HTTP 406 error that says:

Internet Explorer cannot read this webpage format

    http 406

    What you can try:

Go back to the previous page.

    More information
This error (http 406 Not Acceptable) means that Internet Explorer was able to receive information from the website you visited, but the information was not in a format that Internet Explorer can display.

Alternatively if I try to do the same in FF, nothing happens I just get a blank white page.

I don’t know why it won’t publish as it’s all just regular text,

    • bullet points and a few image URLs that were published in the WordPress post before and worked fine.
    • Any ideas?
