I was able to solve my problem yesterday. The cause of the error was because I added a %SCORE_PERCENTAGE% variable in the template-variables.php file, when the divisor is 0 it shows a division by zero error and prevents the page from redirecting to the results page. Anyways, great plugin. Thanks!
I have created another survey and the results page is showing after clicking submit. The previous surveys created before the plugin was updated to 4.6.2 are still not redirecting to the results page. It’s throwing SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data. ( qmn_quiz.js)
Now I’m left with the option of creating the surveys again but I have 16 surveys and more than 200 questions per survey. Please help.
