Thank you so much. I shall try this now. And I agree with radio buttons because I realise you can check both boxes and that is not right. Should be a choice between yes or no.

Hi there, I am still having issues with this. Could you please le me know if there is a way aorund fixing it, making the description of the field in line with the checkboxes.
