Hello,
Thanks for following up.
There are two ways to create forms in Brevo. 1) Create the form directly in the Brevo plugin settings for WordPress or 2) Create the form within the Brevo account and embed this manually on the WordPress page.
In order to troubleshoot this properly, please open a new ticket with our Support team. You can do this from the Support & Tickets section or your account or simply email [email protected]. Please share the form name, form source, and support ID of the affected account. We would be happy to check this further in your account.
Kindly,
Hello, thank you for confirming with us.
There is currently no template language parameters that can populate the email from the form or WordPress plugin to the URL of the redirect link. I apologize for the limitation. I have forwarded the thread to the Product team as a feature request. If you have any specific questions related to your account, please open a ticket with the Brevo support team directly.

Hello,
Thanks for following up.
The case is more technical than we can support directly in the forum. Could you please open a ticket with the Brevo support team directly? Please include the link to this forum thread, the support ID # of your Brevo account, and the link to the form.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Hello Mike,
Thanks for following up.
The final confirmation email cannot be disabled when you create a form in the WordPress plugin settings and enable the double-opt-in setting. The final confirmation email is automatically sent for all double-opt-in forms created this way. I apologize for the limitation.
As a workaround, we recommend that you create the form directly in the Brevo account (not the WP plugin). This way you can disable the final confirmation email.

Hallo,
