Yes, I believe it’s possible by setting a 1st-Party Cookie Variable with the name “cookielawinfo-checkbox-non-necessary” and then using that to trigger your Analytics tag when it equals “yes”.

In regards to the banner, I clicked the X button to close it, but it would just pop back up upon refreshing or changing the page.
