We’ve been optimising the site, purged the cache many times, but still have the same issue. I’ve rebuilt the page and added the connections shortcode again, same issue.
Any more ideas for me to try?

Caching
and then purge?
Or do I go to the cache setting? (which takes me to my user profile page).
It’s set to a ‘normal’ level (endurance caching)?
