Hi Bethany,
When i activated the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and the AMP plugin was not active I had to activate it. There was an error message of some sort saying that the AMP data had been installed in the incorrect location. Some WP Options file or something. I deleted that version of AMP and then decided not to reinstall it. So we can close this ticket now, I wont be using the plugin.
Also I did not have Siteground optimiser active, it was only active when I was developing the website.

The form is working, but you have to enter your details on two different screens. I am sure I have entered in the form action URL correctly, so could you look at what else is wrong please?

I have heard back from mailchimp and say not to use two forms, so how can I make the colorlib form populate a list in Mailchimp? If it can’t be done – where do the filled forms go to? I could not see anywhere I could set an email address for receipt of the sign up forms.
