Thanks for the response. I did find out that there was a widget plug in that was suddenly not working and when I removed it, the problem resolved itself.
The feed URL provided by powerpress is http://www.perfectmoviepodcast.com/feed/podcast. This worked for 2 days and then failed with errors that it is not a RSS feed but rather simple HTML. I tried http://www.perfectmoviepodcast.com/?feed=podcast which is working, although yesterday it seems to be failing for a few hours without any changes being made.
Permalink settings use Day and Name for the url on posts. Let me know if there are other permalink checks I should look at. http://www.perfectmoviepodcast.com/2019/11/07/sample-post/
