I have tried both maybe i am doing something wrong

CEIL(fieldname7*fieldname8-fieldname7*fieldname10-fieldname7*fieldname12)

CEIL(fieldname7*(fieldname8-fieldname10-fieldname12))

please help

For some reason I can receive the test emails but I am not seeing the emails come through when the user roll is changed??
