We had multiple emails between the 4th Sep and 16th Sep about the issue (Subject: Multipurpose Booking Plugin : “Seats Available” – Numbers are not changing after bookings.)
After that and no results, the client couldn’t wait anymore and moved to a professional booking platform.

No need. The client has gone with a 3rd party booking website due to the persistent problem not being fixed.
There were multiple emails between me and you (Subject: Some elements not functioning) between 19th Sep and 6th Oct before giving up and moving to a professional booking platform.
