Hello @apmwebdev
Indeed you are right. I have deactivated the plugin generating the first media button. The second one however I don’t understand where it comes from. I have no other plugin which could do this.
So I’m thinking it’s from my theme. However, I’ve managed to solve my problem by using another plugin (Product Variations Swatches for WooCommerce by Villa Theme). I am not able to add images to my attribute which work.
This is a workaround but it works !
Thanks for your help.
Hello @apmwebdev ,
So the option to add a media is on the the product attribute page. You can see screenshots here: https://imgur.com/a/8O7eKm1
Note: there are 2 add media fields, the first one is from a plugin (Variation Swatches for Woocommerce), I’m able to add an image there but the images aren’t used for the attribute. I’ve tried deactivating this plugin but nothing changes, so I don’t think it is causing the issue.
The second field is the native woocommerce one, which does nothing. It just returns an error when I inspect it:Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mediaTitle’ of undefined
at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (admin.js?ver=20170113:25)
at HTMLBodyElement.dispatch (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,utils&ver=5.5.3:3)
at HTMLBodyElement.r.handle (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,utils&ver=5.5.3:3)I’ve read that this could be caused by Chrome, but I’ve tried from pther browsers, and even from mobile and the same thing happens.
Thanks !

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inserting order summary next to the checkout formHello,
Thansk for your message !
Indeed, I had a plugin which creates a multi step checkout. I wanted to add a review summary next to the checkout form. And indeed when deactivating it, I have the same result as you have shown above which is what I was looking for.
Sorry for the confusion !I’ll add just a question, is there a way to bypass the theme’s template, and use woocommerce’s template instead ?
My theme’s checkout template is not very pretty, I like the way it appears on the default woocommerce template. Thanks again

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Any plugins to offer a custom size option ?Hi @slash1andy
Thanks for the suggestion ! I’ve been reading their documentation, it seems ok but I don’t think it’s possible to have a variable product with predefined sizes, as well as a “custom size” this plugin offers. It’s either one or the other, not both (at least from what I’ve understood so far).I’ll have to test it out. Do you some experience with this plugin ?
@maartenbelmans Is there a way to hide the price ? Until I can understand what is going on
edit: nevermind I managed to do it with css

Hi @maartenbelmans
It is very odd
I tried duplicating the product and using that one, the same thing happensI honestly don’t know, I’m guessing the problem isn’t from your plugin, I’ll just continue looking at every single setting on that specific product page until I find something
Hello again @maartenbelmans
I have an update on this, the problem seems to not be location based actually. It only happens for one product, I don’t know why the plugin thinks it costs 1 EUR, it is displayed well in our other currency
There are no variations which cost 1 EURHere is a screenshot of the editing interface
Hello @maartenbelmans
We are using the Woocommerce Multi Currency Plugin :
