Thank you so much , that seems to have worked . I first logged out [email protected] and logged into wordpress using [email protected] since that’s probably my acct with Jetpack and can see my stats .
Could you please let me know a solution at the earliest, it seems my FB sharing account and twitter account also is affected due to this .
This was working all along for past 2 years .The only thing different I did was disabled jetpack and re-enabled it back due to a lockout issue (this was in a different thread)
As far as I know I have only one wordpress.com account. I logged out of admin account and re-login as wordpress.com ([email protected]) user it gave me the following on the window:
Connect with WordPress.com
To use Single Sign-On, WordPress.com needs to be able to connect to your account on InspiresN.

By logging in you agree to share details between WordPress.com and InspiresN.Then it gave a 404 error

When I click on Switch sites on left ,strangely the new site is not present there .It only shows my old site which is private with redirect and another site that is private that I dont use.
Yes you are right under https://wordpress.com/me/account only the old site with wordpress.com extension is selected
How can I fix this, please let me know.Do I need to add the site? again

The IP address in question belongs to Amazon and seems to be related to the Ezoic service.In order to continue using the current setup and display the real IP addresses of the visitors, it is necessary to allow the IP ranges of the provider in question (Ezoic) in our system. Unfortunately though this is not something we can do as it will affect very negatively the overall security.
That being said, in order to achieve this result it may be best to either consider pointing the domain name inspiresn.com directly to the IP address of our server or use Sucuri for example.

So it seems like Siteground cannot help with it ? I am wondering what happens if we ignore the Unable to detect IP error , as it proceeds with the scan finally anyway ? Will this cause any issues .Thanks for your help.Hello,

Thanks for the reply. As suggested I obtained the public-facing IP from the URL and it does not match up with any of them under “How does wordfence get IPs ” when I click on the different radio button options chosen. It instead matches 2 IPs in the list of Ezoics whitelisted IPs.I tried running a scan by adding all the whitelisted IPs under Edit trusted proxies. Next tried the same with different radio button options. I also tried just adding the 2 IPs and just the public-facing IP one by one, as well to the Edit trusted proxies list . All of them gave the same result “Unable to detect IPs”. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Nisha
I have created a thread under wordfence support on this .
The Jetpack lockout no longer happening on login after adding the new set of IPs provided by Ezoic. It is resolved.
Please need help on Wordfence scan where it says “Unable to accurately detect IPs”
Type: IP Detection . I was asked to contact wordfence support for thisLatest Update : Ezoic support gave a new list of IPs to whitelist which I did , and they will make changes at their end, after which the first issue with Jetpack may get resolved .
However the issue with Wordfence scan not detecting the IP ,“Unable to accurately detect IPs Type: IP Detection” is still an issue.
I added the whitelist IP addresses to Jetpack settings which are about 2800 odd entries and when I save it , the changes are not getting saved.
Update on this : I also saw an issue with wordfence scan today which said “Unable to accurately detect IPs Type: IP Detection” and think it may be related.
Since both these issues happened after recent integration with Ezoic , I contacted them as well and they gave me a big list of IP address to whitelist .I can add the list to Jetpacks settings . How do I whitelist for wordfence ? Has any one else encountered this issue. I would appreciate any responses. Thank you so muchI contacted my hosted server and they suggested to deactivate and reactivate plugin to fix it temporarily. They asked the plugin owners what ip address I need to whitelist since the one that comes up on error login is different everytime. Today it gave me
“54.152.84.87 has been flagged for potential security violations.” This is not my actual ipaddress . I have put in my actual IP address already in the whitelisted column and saved it. How can I get a permanent solution to this problem .Thanks for any suggestions.
