Is there anyway I can retrieve my background from the normal Leaf theme? Is there anyway you can jump between the two?

of blog posts appear in full and in fact i was quite happy with the way that looked.It’s the home page, i was wondering about, the article entitled ‘Welcome to sarahmade’ to look the same.
Shall i insert the same code into home.php? Or is that wrong?

Another question: below each of the pages appears two vertical grey lines after the text? There is no space at the end of the post in design view… How do I get rid of this?
