Edit: I have partially resolved the issue.
I initially had the radio buttons display using a visibility rule – once a condition was met with another field, these radio boxes would show.
When I remove the condition (i.e. these fields show from the start), they work.
When they are displayed with a condition, this is when the data does not get stored into the submissions.

I am having an issue with Custom Post Types as well. This works fine on standard posts, but not with my custom post type.
I am using ACF Plugin to create an oEmbed field type to store youtube links if that helps.
