we decided in version 1.2 to stop calling a dedicated css file to speed up the loading time.
Your problem was coming from this dedicated css file, and should be resolved now. Sorry for that.
And for those who still want to use some css, you can define everyhing in the WP style.css. See more explanation on the plugin page

When visitors hover stars, they are not changing colors. And of course rate is not recorded.
I deactivated all plugins, still not working. I think it is javascript problem.

I managed to solve the problem quite simply by rewriting the title directly in the header.php if I am on the forum page…
