I have check the settings and confirmed that the “Statuses” and “Order E-mail Frequency” are correct.
Upon several experiments, I noticed that email will be sent when
1) “Manually” adding New Order (http://prntscr.com/l9xu6g)
2) “Manually” updating the Status (http://prntscr.com/l9xtso)
Can you please check why emails are NOT sent when using the adding New Order from Spreadsheet?

I have confirmed that the reported error is now resolved using v.1.4.7
