Wow, You are so good! It was that ! I could never find any solution without Your help and so precise advise. Repaired, solved ! Just wondering why it happened, because it was ok before. I do not remember to do anything to change that consciously. I remember to check font so finally maybe I did a mess. Your code repaired that. I am very very happy and thankful. Soon I am thinking to buy your plugin to hide additional options when another payment option. However my webpage has another issue today, that main webpage display is incorrect. I asked page maker to check that why and what is going on here…Really appreciate your kind and so clear explanation and help. All the best for You and your family.

Thank You for Your reply and so deep troubleshooting. I already did before a part like disable this plugin then enable, disable 2nd option in general settings then enable. No other cookies plugin on, tried as incognito on Chrome and Edge browser, tried on my private google account and pro and as guest, tried on my computer and on 2 mobiles devises.
It was working fine before. Did not clear cache of my webpage + Chrome browser and still the same. 2nd option in General settings is Disabled. This is not a problem, if this option is not working only for me, but I suppose that it’s the same for others. What about You. When You go to my webpage akst.pl do You see Reject and Preferences option? Me no, only Accept All.
- Clear your site cache and browser cache. If you’re using any caching plugins (like WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.), please clear their cache as well.

- Open your site in an incognito/private window after clearing the cache to ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date version.

- Go to:
Settings > Flexible Cookies > General
– Make sure that the “Simple cookie bar” option is disabled (the toggle should be grey, not blue), and then save the changes.

- If the issue persists, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin temporarily, just to reset its state.

- Please also check if your theme could be interfering — to test this, temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront and see if the buttons appear as expected. – I don’t know how to do this point? I downloaded this but how and where install it I don’t know…
- If you’re using any other cookie-related plugins, they might also conflict with Flexible Cookies. Try disabling them and checking again. – No, no other cookie plugins.
In most cases like this, caching (from the browser, server, or plugins) tends to be the root cause, so please start with clearing all cache layers and testing again in a private window.
No idea what to do and how to solve it… Please help.

In reply to: [Flexible Cookies] Cookies pop up has only Accept all optionI tried everything. Disabled 2nd option makes only one button: “Accept All”, when Enabled, it change to “Accept”, but neither Disabled 2nd option in General settings or Enabled, Reject option and Preferences are not there.

I am back to You with the same issue, because again on my webpage akst.pl only Accept All Cookies option appears, even if in General Settings 2nd option “Prosty pasek cookies” is disabled.
I have screenshots.

I analysed this 2nd option in General settings before contacting you and this is Disabled, but reading this: Zaznacz jeśli chcesz, aby pasek służył jedynie do informowania o wykorzystywaniu plików cookies na stronie. Włączenie tej opcji spowoduje, że odwiedzający nie będą mieli możliwości zarządzania preferencjami cookies.” for me if I Activate it should not give Reject and Preferences, but I tried to Activate this 2nd option and it works as it should. However this explanation for me as written in polish I understood contrary or there is an issue but the most important is that it works. Thank You very much !
