ok I ended up installing WP 3.5 Manually but still no luck with plugins.
Now this error is coming up when I try to install them
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/vintamal/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 1526
both, every time I try to upgrade wordpress or install a plugin they both stop when it says “unpacking”
