Oh，the solutions above prove to be wrong.
Actually, the problem is that the file name shouldn’t include Chinese when cdn plugin activated.
Sorry to find that.

唉，上面也弄错了，最后发现是在CDN插件激活的情况下，上传带有中文的文件名的图片时会上传失败……

When CDN plugin activated ,this problem maybe happens.
我的是启用了阿里云OSS后出现了不能上传文件名中带有下划线的文件。郁闷……
