Self-resolved. For anyone else encountering this issue, it looks like once the email part of the issue is resolved the thank you page will display. Refer to this to fix the email, and the thank you page issue should automatically fix as well.

Same issue here. Submitted job application including uploaded resume file stored successfully… but error page is rendered to applicant instead of the expected ‘Thank You’ page. No email notification received by us either.
