Same here, show up in normal but not floating. Not sure why, I have deactivated my floating until there is a fix.

Looks like it has been fixed with the newest version.
Same here, the plugin does not work to noindex all tag pages or category pages. The only way it to do it manually for each page. Needs to be fixed.

Right now the only way I can do it is if I manually click on the upload/sync to CDN button within the plugin settings.
