Well enabling the CPT integration seems to have worked as far as I can tell, unless I’m missing something! So thank you very much!
Thanks for the quick reply, for some reason it didn’t register here for me!! I have checked the setting, and it’s currently NOT enabled (so it’s NOT disabling CPT integration). Should it be enabled (ie disabled)? Thanks.
So I set up a template in Divi, which simply is using the ‘Post Content’ module to draw in the directory information (first image). I have tried selecting multiple ‘template assignment’ options in Divi to apply the template to the directory category pages – for example, I will share how I have selected ‘All Directory Category Pages’ for Archive pages (image 3) which applies the template but does not display post content, but other times I have tried to use the general ‘All Directory Category Pages’ (image 2) but this has no effect at all (it posts the directory content with no template). Also I’m confused why the template assignment ‘All Directory pages’ (image 4) is not working for these category pages as I have another template I designed for the main Directory pages which is working, it just does not work for the categories. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks so much.

This issue seemed to resolve itself automatically not sure why!
Ah okay that’s great I can use the work around thank so much.
Yes you resolved it for me, thanks so much, sorry for delay but I got sick.
Thank you so much for this swift reply. I have used Divi’s Theme Builder to create a template that dynamically generates the content depending on which course is selected… so in this way putting in a specific course ID would not work. Do you have any other suggestions or ways to address this particular issue?
Thank you but unfortunately I’ve tried this and it simply makes the images go full size (they disappear off the page)?
I am having similar problems with the widget – http://osa-dev.wuxmedia.com/
This time the dimensions are {50,50}
I contacted the host provider and they said there was a bug that was messing WordPress up. I have now reinstalled the default theme and the thumbnails are indeed displaying correctly! So the problem is the theme as you said caimin_nwl. Any suggestions as to how I can rectify this? Or do I need a different theme?
Thank you for the support you are providing. I changed the theme and the website has stopped displaying events altogether (it says ‘no events’). I only have one test event but it is active – if I click to view the event from the back end directly it gives me a 404. I switched back to my original theme and it is also now not displaying any events. Any ideas about this, I’m really stuck!
Thank you Angelo. This didn’t appear to work, when I changed the setting all the thumbnail images went to their maximum size and the dimensions in the shortcode didn’t make any impact again?
I am having the same problem with thumbnails embedded in pages using the events listings (events_list) shortcode as well.
