Verizon and Comcast were not delivering HTML versions of my sites email but were delivering plain text emails. The test email is html and was therefore being dropped. I just switched to plain text receipts to get around the problem. Still not sure why the html emails are dropped.

Test emails successful but still not received at comcast and verizon customers but other email sent from site is received by those customers. Not sure what’s going on.
