The messages are sent to an email address: [email protected] and hosted on a server provided by a company domeny.pl.
The messages are also read using Mozilla Thunderbird. In both cases when checked on a server or through Mozilla, the special characters change into strange signs. Here is an example:

There is no such option in the Advanced area: I can only decide on which pages to display buttons and also to keep or remove your pink buttons.

In the meantime I asked one technician and he spotted the bug – in functions.php – wrong name of the languages folder. We changed that and the translations works.
