Despite several attempts to contact you here and on your IM, we did not hear from you. We will like to get a refund for this plugin, as we cannot use it for our pdf.

UPDATE: We tried the same pdf file after disabling encryption, downloaded it from our eBook Store and all the links and TOC worked again normally. It’s the encryption that disables the links in the PDF? This is obviously an unexpected behavior and one that makes the plugin unusable. What’s the workaround?
