There is only one option for discount in woocommerce by default through “add new product” and that discounts are working fine. Sale page link added in my first post for reference where you can see products on it. That page is also created manually.

i have tried as per your suggestions, CSS, Js, HTML and Lazyload etc.

i feel no issues while disabling “JavaScript Options”

as soon as I disable this option, the site missing blocks came back but, reduced speed test marks a lot.

cache was not an issue..

by mistake, I was selecting “stock management ” with ZERO stock on product level and the product was variable product and I am adding quantities on variation level.

when deselect the “manage stock” it shows “in-stock” in all product table. and google snipet also shows the in-stock when I check the url.

i tried all things like… disable all plugins, default theme, block all traffic through htaccess etc. but no clue.

then i tried to clean wp option table with plugin…. and the cpu coooooooooool down… but only for few hours. and today, again throttling is on 65000 sec.
