I was wondering the same thing. I found your post because I was googling for directions — I absolutely despise it! So inefficient if you want to select it to open in a new tab or do nofollow, plus it stays up when I don’t want it there! Grrr…

Oh! Nevermind! While it said that in Setup, in Settings there was a button to click and it seems to have take care of itself. Sorry to be a bother. 🙂
I just installed the Amazon Link plug in for the first time. When I click localise, it says that I do not have ip2nation installed (as the above poster already said). Does this mean that all of my non-USA affiliate codes will not work?
