Seems like it was “Sermon Manager for WordPress” causing the issue… disabled it and XML was created fine.
Like others that had this problem, is it a matter of finding that line and removed it from the plugin code?
What are caching plugins? These are ones installed. I did PL step… and disabled XML, no change.
