This is not true. I paid for a license and it expired and everything stopped working. Even other forms on my website that had nothing to do with wpforms stopped working. I didn’t realize it until i deleted the plugin and then everything started working again. You are not supposed to break the plugin if you dont pay for a support and update license. and you definitely should not break the other forms on the website that has nothing to do with you
