OK.. I’ve managed to recover from this disaster
I deleted all posts relating to timeline express from the “posts” table & the “postsmeta” table in my wp database
I totally removed timeline express & the addon & told it to remove the announcements
I re-installed it all
Now looking good & working as it should
Long story short… The Upgrading process doesn’t clean up properly
