Thank you very much for the response. However, I don’t see that actually playing out as you say. Using IE NetRenderer to access a computer from a different time zone than mine, I see two completely different times displayed, exactly 17 hours different. If it were set to our server time, why does it access local time from the user end?
Unless there’s a separate server configuration for this?

That worked perfectly. Thank you! It was indeed one of the TheThe plugins creating an issue. Theme works fine with jQuery 1.9.1. All I did was disable the TheThe plugins on that section of the site, as they weren’t being used anyway, and all is well once again.
